To be successful in the role a candidate will have a solid data analyst experience, project management skills, technical background, the ability to manage and motivate people resources both inside and outside of the company, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of our industry's best practices and processes. This position will generate, analyze, and report relevant data for departmental and management dashboards and for routine and ad hoc reporting that aid in the decision-making process for the needs of the organization.
Starting annual salary: $72,000-$77,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm CST

Primary Duties:
- Develop a strong understanding of business requirements and work with business users to define reporting requirements.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI self-service reports and dashboards, identifying KPIs to let business answer drivers of results, predict future outcomes and/or perform what-if analysis.
- Execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs.
- Provide the IT Manager of the company with useful, timely and regular reporting of user requirements and to service the current needs of the company.
- Solve problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.
- Develop and implement systems policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI and DAX building effective data visualizations required.
- 2+ years of experience in SQL required.
- Python coding and Oracle ERP experience preferred.
- Database and API integration experience.
- Extensive data wrangling experience in data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication
- B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field.
- Experience working with sandbox and production environments.
